The Tri-County Council of Southern Maryland is pleased to announce the Job Match Re-Employment Office, a new dimension in workforce services for mid to high wage earners ($40,000 per year annual salary and up.)
For those who have experienced a recent downsize or lay- off in the past six months and are seeking re-employment, we offer tailored-to- the individual services, including career coaching, interview skills training, networking opportunities, and comprehensive assessments to determine and meet the needs of individuals transitioning from past employment to the next "good fit."
For local businesses, we can work with you to benchmark your current position opening(s.). If the job could talk, how would it identify the personal skills, behaviors and motivators that are required for superior performance? The Job Match Re-Employment Project services are designed to identify, support, reward and develop the necessary requirements to retool for the rehire.
